My parents came to visit us over Easter Weekend and we took some pictures of the two of them. They came out great and we had a lot of fun. There were a lot of outtakes of them being funny. I thought I would finally share with ya'll the two people who raised me! Feel my pain people!! :)

Getting to know Amanda has been such a great experience. She is a genuine person and truly cares about people in this world. Amanda is enormously passionate about teaching and especially teaching kids to read. She shares a lot of her fantastic knowledge with me and I am excited to have her on my 2nd grade team next year. One of my favorite things about Amanda is her southern accent. :) I believe she has repeated herself and explained many of her phrases quite a few times when having a conversation with me. If you were to meet her she would greet you with a "Howyou!" Yes that is ONE word here in the south! Amanda has quite the book of funny sayings. One that I'm still laughing about is "Chaps my a**!"

I had a lot of fun taking pictures of Amanda and Kelly. They cracked me up and I LOVE the fact that Amanda got teary-eyed at one point when Kelly was looking into her eyes! :) December will be here before you know it!

Ryan and I had a fantastic time in Michigan. We were thankful we were able to stay for 10 days and see lots of people and most importantly relax with both of our families. Of course, it's wonderful to sleep in your own bed, and lay on the couch at home and not live out of a suitcase but we sure do miss home at times!

Today was spent CLEANING! Sheesh who knew after being gone 10 days that I'd have so much cleaning to do! I worked on some photography stuff and will end my afternoon/evening going groceries and paying bills. Yes I know you want to be ME!

Tomorrow is completely dedicated to finding a summer job. Do you know how stressful this is? Ugh- I'm just sick of it already! Only if someone would pay me to work from home! If you are that person- message ME! :)

I promise my next post will be happy thoughts! This post was random/ugh/what should I do thoughts!

Edgar has patiently awaited his turn to be 'featured' on my Friday blog posts. I know today is Tuesday but I was driving 14 hours to Michigan ALL DAY Friday! The past 5 years having Edgar around has been a great experience for us. He is a fun-loving guy who works REALLY hard for his family. Having Ryan and Edgar together at times only means trouble! We can never get away from the xbox talk and then in walks Issy and he joins in on the conversation. :)

Thanks for being a great Dad to Israel, a loving husband to Odessa and an aight(lol) brother -in-law to Ryan and myself! :)
